Christian Blanke, CFA, CAIA joined TPG Angelo Gordon in 2020 and is a Director focusing on the origination, underwriting, and structuring of real estate transactions for the TPG AG Net Lease real estate strategy. Prior to joining TPG Angelo Gordon, Christian was with Four Springs Capital Trust (“FSCT”) for six years, most recently as a Senior Director in their acquisitions and finance team. While there, Christian originated, underwrote and closed net lease real estate and debt transactions of a variety of property types and tenant industries. Prior to FSCT, Christian was a Senior Analyst at SSARIS Advisors LLC, a former affiliate of State Street Global Advisors. Christian received an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a bachelor’s degree from Westfaelische Hochschule in Germany and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
